I love the suite I stayed in. It was perfect! The staff were pleasant and wonderful.

The hotel was immaculately clean with attentive staff, we felt very comfortable here. The rooms were new-fashioned, especially those with a separate bedroom, large televisions and a microwave.

Where do I begin? I waiting about 1.5 hr at check-in due to no staff at the desk also they mentioned that the reservation was not set up properly by Booked.net???? The room was not W standards- dingy, stained bed sheets, etc. Not a pleasant experience at all!!!

I guess it's due to the ongoing repairs, but sometimes the rooms smell a little, noise from the renovations and the hotel is in a kind of vacation of its own.

Very cool decor, great staff, good location if you want that area (not downtown).

The shower didn't close all the way, which is cool in Europe but they didn't gauge the water pressure right or something so water got everywhere. Not a big deal but don't walk in the bathroom with just socks on!

The pool area was relaxing, though it needed some maintenance. If you're planning to stay, double-check the cleanliness of your room before settling in.

Convenient location

Did not meet my expectations in appearance, cleanliness, amenities. Appearance and quality of room was not consistent with the preview photos and advertised hotel class.

They had charged me in advance. My booking terms is "to be paid on arrival". This had caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Excellent place with its 24-hour reception, friendly staff, and seasonal outdoor pool. I recall my first stay, the staff helped with my suitcases! Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

The room was updated, modern and included a safe, television and coffee/tea making equipment.

I loved the space and ambience of the hotel and the private room. The one bedroom suite was exactly what I was looking for....SPACE. The decor was pleasant as well, though the kitchen appeared distant or dated from other components of the room. I hope renovations are completed by the time I revisit this hotel. Hotel employees were pleasant, professional, and polite. I would recommend the hotel to others. The balconies were a plus, too. I kept them ajar to feel the crisp air....I Enjoyed my stay. It's within or at minimum 10 minutes from Buckhead (another spot I frequent) and downtown Atlanta. Great location and lodge.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. It rained and casted gray clouds, but that too, set another tone to the pleasantry of the hotel. Its nestled in a commercial district which is good because everything is in walking distant.

The spacious room was a highlight, featuring a comfortable bed and a standing desk, making it great for work. I appreciated the friendly staff who were helpful during my stay. However, I did experience issues with the breakfast service not being set up on time and the noise from evening events carrying into quieter areas, which could be improved.

After a long day of walking around, I loved the soothing atmosphere at Seasons 52, just a few steps away, and it. The easy access to nearby parks like Murphey Candler Park kept my sightseeing adventures nice and refreshing.
